Set amid the baroque splendour of the Cartwright Hall Art Gallery, this exhibition of oil paintings from the fine art collection of the Bradford Museums and Galleries explores the theme of people and animals in a rural landscape. The paintings – including Valley Pasture, Marsh Meadows (1904), by Bertram Priestman (right) – are accompanied by 19th century costume and objects.
