Douglas Kent, Period Living Renovation Expert will be available on the Advice Centre at The National Homebuilding & Renovating Show 2011 which takes place at the NEC Birmingham from March 24-27.
Douglas is the Technical Secretary of The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (spab.org.uk) and a leading expert on the care and repair of period homes. He is also currently undertaking his own renovation project in Saffron Waldren. anmblog.typepad.com
Douglas will be joining Period Living's Roger Hunt and myself, Michael Holmes, Editor-in-Chief of PL and a host of other experts from the world of home improvement, self-build and renovation, offering free advice on design, planning, VAT, heating, lighting, sourcing the right conservation suppliers and much more. Bookings for a free appointment with an expert are taken on a first come first served basis, so arrive early to avoid disappointment.
As well as all of the leading suppliers for improving or extending a traditional home exhibiting in The Period Property Pavilion (in association with Period Living magazine), visitors will be able to attend an extensive programme of seminars and masterclasses presented by leading experts.

Thank you for sharing your post. I believe this is a good time to know the advance and updated technology for home improvement. I am sure that there will be lots of great topics to be discussed. I hope that the suppliers that were invited will introduce environmental and economical way for home renovation.
