Sealing tiled floor

We had our bathroom revamped and the floor newly tiled and grouted and were told that we didn't need to seal the tiles. Our builder returned to finish off once floor had been tiled and the grout is now filthy. What's the best grout cleaner to use and how can we then "seal the tiled floor". We have underfloor heating in case that makes a difference to the products we can use. Thank you in advance.
