Renovation of a Victorian House
Hi
I am responding to the advert in Period Living. I am about to embark on the renovation and restoration fo a large detached victorian house (4,000sq feet) in a sympathetic manner! The project will involve a new roof, restoration of sash windows and other woodwork. I am considering a damp proof course as a survey so advises but unsure as whether this is needed as the house shows no signs of damp. The property has all period features intact so i am keen to make the mosts of these (fireplaces, stained glass, staircase, doors windown floors etc). The property is in Northern Ireland (BT47 postcode).
I would be very interested in taking part in your show if an opportunity arises.
